This annual McMichael Canadian Art Gallery Sale was held on October 24 2010. I had expected to guest-volunteer selling Canadian art (painting or sculpture) but my car was rear-ended on the way to the event! Hope to volunteer for a future event. Well, as luck would have it I did not make it to the art sale. A young, inexperienced driver managed to rear-end both me and the truck beside me as we sat waiting for the light to change as I headed for the McMichael Gallery. I was disappointed to not be able to attend and help with the sale though I am pleased to announce that they met their fundraising goals without me!
